WHO SHOULD I CONTACT ABOUT QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS?
Questions, comments or Concerns regarding the neighborhood can be submitted under the Contact Tab.
WHEN ARE ASSESSMENTS DUE AND HOW SHOULD I PAY?
Dues in the amount of $750 are due on an annual basis. Dues can be paid online through Selby Webb Management Company or by contacting them direct.
WHO IS OAK HAVEN FIELDS MANAGEMENT COMPANY?
Oak Haven Fields is Managed by Selby Webb. They are responsible for Filing
Yearly tax returns on behalf of the association as well as other necessary State corporate filings. Selby Webb will work with the Board to create an annual operating and Capital Reserve Budget. They can be contacted at
